Flashback Friday!!!!

So, this week I am going back to 2001 but not as far back as February for Flashback Friday. My first born beauty was 6+ months in all of these photos, she was sleeping through the night but still feeding to sleep, had just started solids and was a happy chucker. We tried to wean her off the feeds to sleep and all that happened was she would cry till she threw up (Even with us right next to her) and that is how she got the rash on her face :*( She would throw up and if I didn't see it and clean it up straight away she would get a rash in about a minute, funny thing is she hasn't had any skin problems since then!

I remember when these photos were taken everyone except me said what a shame it was that she had the rash but I was glad the photos had it so we would always remember it, when I just showed these photos to Steve, I asked who it was because it looks so much like Makenzie and he looked at it for a little while and then said "It's Jessie, she has a rash!" LOL So lucky you could see it! hehe


It is amazing looking back at these photos, I knew the girls looked similar but didn't quite realise how similar! This one was taken just before our wedding so Jessie would have been 9 months old. Mum had made all the centrepieces and we figured Jessie was a great centrepiece too :P

This one was taken at the same time as the first photo, better angle so the rash was not shown :P I am not a fan at all of Pixi Foto style photos but this one has always been a favourite :D

This one was taken at the same time as the flowers one. She was such a sweetie, as soon as the camera came out, Performer Jessie came out, I remember one time we were at Armadale getting professional photos taken in the mall (It was all we could afford on Macca's wages! LOL) and Jessie was in such a bad mood, nothing we or the photographer did made he even half smile and then a little old lady stopped and cooed and the performer heard it and she was off! She posed up a storm, it was too funny, by the time the photo session was done there was approx. 15 people all standing around cooing about how gorgeous she was! She is still the same though, as soona s a camerra comes out so does Performer Jessie! LOL


Jessie was about 11 months old in the pic, I think it was just after her first Christmas. The top she is wearing is now sitting in Makenzie's wardrobe so I will have to get a pic to compare the two of them :) She wasn't walking yet (Thankfully :P ) at 11 months and she was still breastfed to sleep but she was such a joy to have, why can't they all be born like her?! LOL
