Just quickly before bed, heard back from John today.... the owners of new house can only afford to go down $5,000 not $10,000 so it means we can't accept the offer. What will be will be though, the right person will come for this house when the time is right and if we miss out on the new house that is fine, will just find something else :)
Anyway, up early in the morning and I am kid free tonight (Thanks mum!!!) so am off to bed :)
