News on the house front....
Okay, so lady who came through on Thursday and Friday has put in an offer...... it is $15,000 less than our bank has said we can accept so we have spoken to John (our agent) and he has spoken to New House's agent who is going to speak to New House's current owners (Can you follow the bouncing ball! LOL) if we can get them to bring the New House price down by $10,000 (On what we have offered) we can accept the offer on our house, if not we can't.
While it is not a perfect solution, as in we are getting less for our house, at the end of the day if we can be in our new house (Unfortunately not before Christmas as the offer lady need to organise finance) and settled then I am happy.
So, we will see what happens, John is getting back to us tomorrow as far as what the New House owners say so fingers crossed it all goes okay, if not something will happen eventually I am sure :)
