Sleep...

Now that Makenzie has gotten the sleeping bugs sorted can someone please tell that to my son and Husband?! Seems like a conspiracy, no one in this house wants me to sleep! LOL Last night I waited for Makenzie to cry and she did at 11:30pm so once she was patted I went to sleep only to be woken an hour later by the washing machine beeping. I had put a load of nappies on before bed, I always do them over night so they are dry in the morning because they take so long to dry if I hang them (I do hang them in nice weather just not if it looks remotely like rain) and apparently Steve decided they were less important than his shirt and top for today so he stopped the washing machine halfway through the wash. (I found out this morning he ONLY washed the top and pants for today!!! Where is a rant smilie when i need one?!) so I had to get up and find out what wasa going on as he was making the machine beep a whole heap.
So got that sorted with minimum amounts of swearing, went back to bed and took another 1/2 hour to get back to sleep 'cause that's the way my body works then at 2:30am Hamish came in asking for his water bottle to be filled up so I got up and did that (Despite the fact Steve was still awake!!!)
And then Steve comes in at 5:30 or somewhere around there to say goodbye but felt the need to turn the light on to do it!
UUGGHHH, when will I get to sleep a full night?! LOL
