Oh my wordy, what a week! Honestly, it is crazy how the little things can get under your skin some week so bad and other weeks you just let it roll on by. This week, I am the post I guess, Steve is home tomorrow so hopefully then I can become the dog again :P
I am all better from my cold so that is a positive but the washing is STILL not up to date, almost though :D Makenzie seems to be thinking about getting something, not sure though. We had an accident yesterday and and accident today with her toilet training and she has been running a bit of a temp. but I am wondering if she is just trying to keep away from the cold I had (Since she is mostly in my bed these days) and just has a touch or if because things have been out of sorts over night she is reacting to that or what, who knows? We have to go to flute in an hour so fingers crossed no accidents then!
In other news, we had an impromptu sleep over with mum last night, we got home from swimming lessons to find there was no power so I did a quick run around trying to find candles and torches, two phone calls to Steve later and we found one maglight type torch, half a dozen candles... and no lighters! LOL so I rang Nayd to see where she was and if she could come around with a lighter and she was at mum's so said to come there instead. This is all happening at 7pm, the kids have had no dinner because we normally do take away on a Tuesday since swimming finishes so late but all the take away places are closed because of the black-out and they still need baths and PJ's too! So it was a mad scramble to get a bag packed before we lost the light (Okay, one + point for DLS there :( ) and get over to mums and then figure out dinner. Nayd and I made a dash up to Armadale for Hungry Jack's while mum bathed the kids and played Uno and they got into bed at 8:30ish so not too bad I guess. We then played a game of Naydene's design, it involved "The book of Mormon" "Sex Tips" and "Toilet Trivia" books and us singing... yes, it is as bad as you're imagining! LOL
What else? Ugh, I had a laundry accident, I am soooooo so sad!!! Words can't even begin to tell you how sad! Okay, so I am sure most of you know how much of a Gymbo addict I am (especially if you have seen the other blog! LOL) so you can probably grasp how sad this makes me!
So here is what happened...
The trouble started when this pair of black jeans that have never been washed:

snuck into a load of lighter coloured clothes... I pulled the load out to hang it and found a whole pile of blotchy grey coloured clothes. No worries, thinks I! I have just discovered the wonders of a light mix of bleach and water (Even got mould out of some stuff, yay!) Not a prob I think will chuck it in the bucket and off I go happy as a pig... only trouble is, a new bottle was bought a few days before, I had noticed it had a different colour lid too normal.... well, maybe I should have paid more attention because this is what happened (First pic is of the before look and second is of after)

Anyways, we have just had another accident and we need to go to flute in 5 minutes so I must run... will be back later with photos from Sunday at the park, the first one on this post is a sneak peek! LOL

OMG OMG OMG OMG NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
NOT THE GYMBOREE!!!
I am sure I would have cried, which (now that I have typed it out) is ridiculous, but I don't think I could have helped myself.
I had an accident with the polka dot elephant dress :( It was in a nappy sack in the nappy bag because it got juice all over it while we were out and I changed Amelia into Jammies before coming home. Of course I forgot and we all crashed when we got home and it got mould on it. I got the mould out but I did take the colour out of the patch pf dress i was treating. I still put her in it at home because I love the dress and it isn't too noticable, but I was SO annoyed! It was her first time wearing it too.
