I am on a roller-coaster right now, it seems like one day I am up and one day I am down.
Went to the Neurology Surgeon yesterday and he is certain I have Benign Intercranial Hypertension as well as the Chiari 1 Malformation! He can't confirm I have BIH because of the C1M though, normally they would do a lumbar puncture but since my brain is in the way it complicates things. He is fairly sure we will do surgery but wants me to see a neurology consultant to confirm what the best course of action is.
So, now I am back where I was before except I know a bit more now! LOL Still stuck on the crappy Diamox so not happy about that but if it is supposed to help then I suppose that is a good thing... shame it doesn't doe much to help me though huh?! LOL
As an added bonus, the u/s found I have tendinitis in my right shoulder but not bad enough to actually do anything about so I have to just put up with it, just for something else to add to my list! LOL
Not much else happening, almost at the end of the school holidays and I think everyone will be glad when school goes back! LOL Hamish and Jessie have been at each other constantly so it has been fun to say the least, they have been shipped all over the place too so that doesn't help either but it has been a long two weeks to say the least :P
Anyways, everyone is screaming again so ahve to run, just wanted to update again!
