Just a quick one from me today, nothing much new is happening around here, still waiting! I have my eye doctor appointment tomorrow so will know the results of my MRI then, not much longer but still so long away!

I had my MRI on Thursday which all went as well as it could have, I didn't panic like a maniac in there, although I was very near it at one stage, I don't do confined spaces so to have my head in a cage and the roof 10cm above that was kind of daunting! LOL

Friday I had my EMG for my neck and shoulder.... someone forgot to tell me what it would involve though, first I was laying on a bed with one arm out while the doctor (Who I think had a past life in Nazi Germany 'cause I swear he was enjoying the whole thing!!! LOL) got an electric prong thing and put it is various spots on my arm and gave me electric shocks... fun huh?! When my arm didn't give the response he wanted, he upped the volume on the prongs so they were putting out more electricity...so much fun.

Then he did the other arm, which is the worst arm, and after he was done electrocuting me he got needles to measure the amount of electricity my body produced....still sounds fun right?! So, he stick a needle in and wiggles it around till he is happy (Can we say OOOWWWW!) and then gets me to push against his arm so the muscle is contracting around the needle...mmmmm, really, really fun!!! He did that in about 6 spots up my arm, from my wrist to my shoulder and then told me we were done. Go see the receptionist, pay $280 for the pleasure of being stabbed and electrocuted and home I go! LOL

Even Steve said it looked like it hurt and he was glad it wasn't him, which is his version of sympathy, so you can tell just how fun it really was! LOL

Not much else happening, Lil has come and gone, she and Steve washed and dried and folded and (mostly) put away all the clothes we have so we finally have all the clothes we need..and then some! LOL Steve said we have too many clothes for the kids but I told him tis okay since it is the end of the session some of those clothes are going to come out of the wardrobes soon :P

Off to the doctor with Hamish today to get the results of his u/s, she told me when we got it done that it all looked fine so it is just one of those "have to do" type appointments but I tell you what I will be glad when all these appointments slow down!!! It seems never ending at the moment, I feel bad that it is school holidays and the kids are spending more time with babysitters than with me but I guess it has to be done.

Anyways, better run, the tribe is getting restless...
