Yes...I am still alive :P

It has been crazier than normal around here lately, so much going on, so I have still not had a lot of computer time. BUT a change is around the corner, Makenzie has been going to childcare one day a week since the start of the school year and today I just upped it to two days a week! So, I am going to have 2 whole days off to get things done which, in turn, will hopefully mean I have a little more computer time again :D

I have been good though, despite the business of life, so good in fact that V and I decided I don't need to see her again :D I am feeling so much better since that first day walking into her office and while I don't feel "perfect" yet I am starting to see the rainbow through the clouds again. She has been such an amazing help to me, I never thought when I walked through the door the first time that I had much to talk about (Despite proof of the contrary on here :P ) and I really surprised myself with some of the pain and guilt I have been holding onto so it is so nice to have released and am learning to move on no matter what life throws at me :)

One of the big things I have started doing thanks to my visits with V is taking care of myself. I have been visiting a reflexologist (Who fancies herself as a psychic too, which is good for a giggle! LOL) who put me onto a meditation CD which is SUPER AWESOME. I have been sleeping so well with it, most nights I don't even reach the end of the first track and don't wake again till morning, it is bliss. I have also started seeing a Chiro in the hope of getting my back sorted, hopefully it will help with the Chiari pain too, she is confident we will make at least a little bit of improvement :)
Shellby and I are also going to go horseriding! So exciting, we were talking about how we wanted to go but after looking on the net everywhere was uber expensive for only a short time. So, last week we were at the Chiro and on their pin-up board was a poster for a fortnightly social group, it is $45 for the whole day! I took down the number and will organise it sometime soon, when I have time to breath again! LOL

Jessie and I went to the beautician on Friday and had an awesome pamper afternoon together, getting manicures and pedicures. We then went and bought new outfits and came home feeling like queens :) It was so nice to spend some one on one time with her doing "grown up" things. We have plans to do it once a month or so now so should be fun :)

Hamish started Rugby training last night, he is doing so much better already compared to last year, he actually gets the point of the game now! LOL

Anyways, better run, have washing to fold and dishes to do before I pick up the kidlets but had to stop and update while the house was quiet! LOL

Quiet house, BLISS!
Score on the upcoming days to yourself, the best present any mum can get.
I'm so looking forward to 'grown up' time with my little girl, I can't wait to do fun girly stuff.
Oh & well done on looking after yourself too!
