Just a little yay for now, until we sell our house, the offer has been accepted on the new house :D All being well we will sell this house SOON (Anyone wanna buy a house?! LOL) and things will go ahead!!!
We are a little hesitant to get too excited after last year's house and the way the market is but I am trying to be positive anyway, John is happy, thinks we will sell soon so we just have to trust him I guess :)
In the mean time, any ~*~sell the house~*~ vibes you can send my way would be great! LOL
