Put an offer in!!!

So, we were going to put an offer in on the (Hopefully) new house on Tuesday night but decided to see another one we were thinking about and the new one back to back so we could makes sure we were making the right choice as one had A+ interior with a smaller backyard but a park down the road and the other was not as warm and inviting inside but it had a bigger (For an estate! LOL) yard and the bedrooms were bigger so it was hard to know which way to go but after looking at both again we decided on the better house and smaller yard and we put in an offer this morning :D
Just got a phone call from John (Our real estate agent) to say he has faxed the offer to the other agent but the man who owns the house works away so we have to wait till at least Saturday before we hear back... fingers crossed though! Then we just have to sell out house!
