I have spent the day glue to the TV today watching the US election, I am not normally a fan of America (Although I heart all my friends there ;) ) or their administration but I have been following this election with much interest because Barack Obama fills me with hope.
He is a peacemaker not a warmaker he is about change not finding reasons to stay the same and that fills my heart with joy!
I can't predict the future but I feel it in my heart that this man is making history today, finally a man in office who wants to help the poor not just the rich, get along with other countries and withdraw from Iraq.
Finally Americans have a reason to feel proud of who leads them and they should feel proud to stand behind such a great man.
Finally you can stand tall and know you voted for a truly blessed man who will make a change and you did not let a colour stand in your way, well done to you all!
Anyway, enough waxing lyrical am off to watch the victory speech again :D
