So much to do, so little time... think that is the story of my life these days! LOL I am attempting to organise my house but with three little people and one missing husband it makes life hard. I am on the count down though, 3ish hours till Steve walks in the door, while he doesn't do masses it is still good to have another adult here to keep me sane and up-to-date a little in the sleep department! LOL
It is my sister in law Jo's birthday today, seems like only yesterday we were celebrating her 18th (Nayd introduced her to strippers! LOL) and now she is turning 27 with a baby on the way! Gosh, I worry about how I am going to be when my children turn 18 and things, I feel so nostalgic thinking back on those early years with Jo and Steve and the whole family so I can just imagine what I will be like when Jessie gets to 18, 21, 27 etc. and then the eventual #4 is even scarier to think about as s/he will probably be our last so all the milestones will be a last in our house, last first steps, last first haircut, last 18th... I just can't bring my self to think about a last pregnnay yet let alone all those last firsts and things! Anyways, back on topic, Happy Birthday Jo! Hope it's a great one :) So funny, when we first met Jo was a young 17yo private school girl who Steve always moaned was the favourite of the family :P haha, 10 years later, nothing has changed ;) LOL
Speaking of children and things, Steve is finally full on board for a number #4, so stay tuned for an announcement in the coming months ;) I told him last night that because I got him great AC/DC tickets he needs to hurry up and get me knocked up so I have an excuse not to go (I am not fond of them) and he doesn't have to feel guilty about leaving me at home and he agreed! LOL If only that agreement meant it happens on the next try, not likely, no agreement hasn't made it happen in the last 12 months so not holding my breath for at least a few more months.
In other news, mum and dad are away at the moment in Queensland so things are quiet here. We spent a lot of time there last week and now every day Makenzie is asking about pop and nan and shouts "Pop, gone plane" at every plane that goes past! LOL they have only just gone but it feels like ages, probably because we have been away then only saw them for a short time then they left. Only another week and a half now! LOL
Been looking longinly at properties in Tasmania tonight, I so wish we could do the move there but now with Hamish at school he would have to go back a year and it would be too much disruption for everyone but I can't help dreaming!
Anyways, I ahve a headache and a huge pile of washing to fold so enough thinking for the night! LOL
