Back from yet another Dr's visit. Makenzie has an ear infection and a throat infection so is on antibiotics for them. She is happy with my progress with Champix, I am on day 25 smoke-free besides 2 on the day after Boxing Day so am getting there. Anyone else reading that wants to quit smoking I really recommend giving Champix a go, it works amazingly well!
She has also put me on an anti-depressant and has given me a card to make an appointment with a Psychologist, not really looking forward to that much but I think with all the stress of my illnesses and surgery it is taking it's toll on me so maybe getting some help might...help. We'll see, will let you know how it goes.
In other news...there is no other news! LOL Have been laying pretty low lately, not feeling too bad but not feeling to great either so have just been taking it easy :)
So yeah, that's all.

Well done on not smoking!! Sorry to hear everything else isn't going as well :(
I know I should be more proactive than this but honestly - if there is anything I can do let me know!
